To take over rackets in Mafia 3, you will need to weaken the current racket boss's hold on the area by completing various missions and activities that disrupt their operations. This can include destroying their property, killing their enforcers, and causing chaos in their businesses. Once the racket boss's control has been sufficiently weakened, you can confront and eliminate them to take over the racket for yourself. After taking over a racket, you will need to assign it to one of your underbosses, who will then manage and operate it for you. **

Opinions on whether Mafia 3 is better than Mafia 2 vary among players. Some may argue that Mafia 3 offers a more expansive open-world environment, a more diverse range of activities, and a more engaging storyline with its focus on racial tensions in 1960s America. On the other hand, some players may prefer the more focused narrative and immersive atmosphere of Mafia 2 set in the 1940s and 50s. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference and what aspects of the games each player values more. **
